UX/UI Designer Consultant - Bari

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer (Consultant) to join the Product Strategy team in Bari, with a hybrid work arrangement. The role offers the opportunity to become part of a rapidly growing team, working in a stimulating and collaborative environment to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues and clients, leading impactful design solutions across various digital touchpoints.

Your Role

As an Experienced UX/UI Designer, you will be integrated into a work team and responsible for:

• Proactive and responsible execution of design activities with supervision from senior designers or a manager, ensuring quality and alignment with client objectives and project priorities.
• Contributing to the definition of the customer experience by developing concepts and guidelines that translate into meaningful interfaces and interactions for the end-user.
• Designing wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and user journeys for various devices and platforms.
• Developing visual elements (mood boards, icons, photos, illustrations) with a strong understanding of typography and layout.
• Collaborating directly with clients to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative techniques, such as observational studies, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Gathering client requirements and supporting them in identifying the most suitable design solutions.
• Team collaboration, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality and delivery timelines of junior team members' deliverables.

Winning Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in digital products (web, mobile, physical, voice) in Italian/international contexts, demonstrated by a portfolio that includes interactive prototypes.
• Experience using design systems and cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent skills in priority management, deadline adherence, and client interaction.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Availability to travel in Italy and abroad.
