Technology Strategy Senior Consultant
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team guides clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives, offering integrated, end-to-end support from strategy to execution. This includes expertise in valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. You will work alongside clients at every stage of their journey, navigating new challenges, avoiding pitfalls, and providing practical solutions before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions.

Work You'll Do
As a Technology Strategy Senior Consultant, you will develop technology strategies designed to boost company profitability, catalyze growth, and deliver value to all stakeholders. Your role involves determining optimal platforms, necessary architectures, changes in ways of working, and capability improvements needed for efficient scale. As a trusted advisor, you will produce high-quality deliverables and effectively manage your team and client relationships, whether on smaller engagements or as part of larger transformations.
You will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing various solutions, selecting appropriate tools and techniques for client needs (e.g., business case, pricing, complex financial analysis), and interpreting and reporting on outcomes. You will also participate in defining engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for engagement components, coordinate activities across work streams, and identify scope changes. A key responsibility is designing deliverable content that precisely aligns with engagement contracts and client needs, while continuously improving deliverable quality through verification and validation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years consulting and/or industry experience
- 2+ years of experience creating project materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business cases, business process, and transformation plans
- Must have participated in one or more projects involving:

- Digital Transformation Architecture Blueprinting and Roadmaps
- Digital Technology Spend Optimization
- Current State IT Capability Assessment
- Future State IT Capability Design
- IT Transformation Roadmap Development
- IT Service Management Assessment
- Application Assessment
- Data Management Strategy and Architecture
- IT Process and Tool Deployment
- IT Cost Optimization and Effectiveness
- IT Service Delivery and Outsourcing Assessment
- IT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model Assessment
- IT Financial Management Analysis (e.g. dashboards, charge-back models)
- Process Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBIT
- ITIL: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phases
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
