Overview of the Role
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team guides clients through critical moments and transformational initiatives, offering integrated, end-to-end support from strategy to execution. This includes services in valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design, transformation, infrastructure, real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. We partner with clients to navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions across their journey—before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions.
The Technology Strategy practice focuses on unlocking business agility and sustainable value through technology. We redefine the technology-business relationship by architecting future business and technology strategies, operating models, platforms, ecosystems, and capabilities into integrated business solutions. Our work involves orchestrating Deloitte's broad expertise to co-create business value across the C-suite and with the board.
We are actively seeking a Senior Consultant to join this dynamic team, contributing to impactful, real-world projects.
Work You'll Do
As a Technology Strategy Senior Consultant, you will develop technology strategies aimed at increasing company profitability, catalyzing growth, and delivering stakeholder value. Your responsibilities include determining platform adoption, architectural design, necessary changes to ways of working, and capability improvements to achieve efficient scale. As a trusted advisor, you will craft high-quality deliverables and effectively manage team dynamics and day-to-day client relationships, whether on small engagements or as part of larger transformations.
Senior Consultants synthesize overall strategy by analyzing various solutions, selecting relevant tools and techniques for specific client requirements such as business case development, pricing, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. You will participate in defining engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for engagement components, coordinate activities between work streams, and identify changes in scope. Additionally, you will design deliverable content to accurately reflect engagement contracts and client needs, striving to enhance deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience
- 2+ years of experience creating project materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business cases, business process, and transformation plans
- Participation in one or more projects involving:

- Digital Transformation Architecture Blueprinting and Roadmaps
- Digital Technology Spend Optimization
- Current State IT Capability Assessment
- Future State IT Capability Design
- IT Transformation Roadmap Development
- IT Service Management Assessment
- Application Assessment
- Data Management Strategy and Architecture
- IT Process and Tool Deployment
- IT Cost Optimization and Effectiveness
- IT Service Delivery and Outsourcing Assessment
- IT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model Assessment
- IT Financial Management Analysis (e.g., dashboards, charge-back models)
- Experience with Process Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBIT
- Proficiency in ITIL: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phases
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on clients and industries/sectors served
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions
- An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
