Work You'll Do

As a Technology Strategy Consultant, you will develop technology strategies to increase a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and ultimately deliver value across all stakeholders. You will determine the optimal platforms to adopt, the architectures to build, the necessary changes in ways of working, and the capability improvements required to operate at an efficient scale. As a trusted advisor, you will be expected to craft high-quality deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day client relationships, whether on a smaller engagement or as part of a larger transformation.

Senior Consultants will synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions, selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements such as business case development, pricing strategies, or complex financial analysis, and interpreting and reporting on outputs. You will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop comprehensive work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams, and proactively identify changes in scope. Senior Consultants will also design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs, striving to continuously improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years consulting and/or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience creating project materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business cases, business process, and transformation plans
• Must have participated in one or more projects involving:
• Engagements: IT Strategy, Cloud Strategy, Platform Strategy, IT Outsourcing Advisory, Digital Transformation Architecture Blueprinting and Roadmaps, Digital Technology Spend Optimization, Current State IT Capability Assessment, Future State IT Capability Design, IT Transformation Roadmap Development, IT Service Management Assessment, Application Assessment, Data Management Strategy and Architecture, IT Process and Tool Deployment, IT Cost Optimization and Effectiveness, IT Service Delivery and Outsourcing Assessment, IT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model Assessment, IT Financial Management Analysis (e.g., dashboards, charge-back models)
• Process Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBIT
• ITIL: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phases
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited sponsorship may be available

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred)
