We provide integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services, covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. You will work closely with clients, helping them navigate challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and deliver practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after major transformational projects or transactions.

The Technology Strategy practice focuses on unlocking business agility and sustainable value through technology. We redefine the technology and business relationship by architecting future business and technology strategies, operating models, platforms, ecosystems, and capabilities into integrated business solutions. We collaborate across Deloitte to co-create business value for the C-suite and the board.

Work You'll Do

As a Senior Technology Strategy Consultant, you will develop technology strategies to enhance a company's profitability, catalyze growth, and deliver value across all stakeholders. Your responsibilities include determining appropriate platforms, designing architectures, defining operational changes, and identifying capability improvements for efficient scaling. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will craft high-quality deliverables and effectively manage your team and day-to-day client relationships, whether on a smaller engagement or as part of a larger transformation initiative.

• Synthesize overall strategy by analyzing a wide variety of solutions.
• Select the most relevant tools and techniques for specific client requirements, such as business case development, pricing, or complex financial analysis.
• Interpret and report on analytical outputs.
• Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope.
• Develop detailed work plans for components of engagements.
• Coordinate activities between various work streams and identify any changes in scope.
• Design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs.
• Strive to improve deliverable quality through diligent verification and validation of results.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience creating project materials, including roadmaps, presentations (PowerPoint), business cases, business process, and transformation plans.
• Must have participated in one or more projects involving:

  • Digital Technology Spend Optimization
  • Current State IT Capability Assessment
  • Future State IT Capability Design
  • IT Transformation Roadmap Development
  • IT Service Management Assessment
  • Application Assessment
  • Data Management Strategy and Architecture
  • IT Process and Tool Deployment
  • IT Cost Optimization and Effectiveness
  • IT Service Delivery and Outsourcing Assessment
  • IT Governance, Operating Model, and Delivery Model Assessment
  • IT Financial Management Analysis (e.g., dashboards, charge-back models)
• Process Frameworks: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), ISO 20000, COBIT.
• Experience with ITIL: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and the processes in each of these five lifecycle phases.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited sponsorship may be available.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Experience working with cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/BPaaS), digital, and analytics solutions.
• An advanced degree in the area of specialization (MBA Preferred).
