Strategy professionals serve as trusted advisors, helping clients make data-driven choices to drive growth and enterprise value.

Work You Will Do: Technology Strategy Consultant, Enterprise Architecture

As a Technology Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Provide strategic direction, understanding business goals, and defining how architecture drives innovation, competitive advantage, and business growth.
• Collaborate closely with clients to solve strategic issues in Enterprise Architecture, ensuring technology architecture aligns with broader technology and business strategies.

Required Experience and Skills

Enterprise Technology and Transformation Strategy (Technology Architecture and Platforms - Enterprise Architecture)

• Assessment, setup, and operationalization of Enterprise Architecture capabilities.
• EA maturity assessment, operating model, and roadmap development.
• Blueprinting of the Architecture landscape across business, application, data, and technology domains.
• Selection and implementation of EA tools such as Orbus, LeanIX, Planview.
• Setting up and operationalizing EA governance bodies (e.g., Architecture Review Board, Technology Standards Board).
• Application and platform management, including landscape assessment, selection, and portfolio rationalization.
• Strong technology strategy acumen to connect business and technology, driving strategic conversations with senior leaders.
• Ability to develop reference architectures for modern digital technologies like GenAI, IoT.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data governance, and related concepts (ETL, data lake).
• Exposure to technology infrastructure services (on-prem and cloud) and ability to develop conceptual and logical architectures.

• Clear and concise communication for client interviews, workshops, and presenting recommendations.
• Good client presence, interacting and building relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical thinking for detailed, quantitative analysis, research, and synthesizing insights into recommendations.
• Logical structuring for problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Deadline-oriented and quality-focused approach to developing and managing deliverables, and mentoring junior resources.
• Collaborative work ethic, prioritizing tasks, managing scope changes, and working on multiple assignments.
• Ability to build networks and manage career within the organization.

Qualifications

Required:

• MBA, MS, M. Tech. from a premier school in India or abroad, with an Information Technology background.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience post MBA / MS / MTech.
• Certifications like TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL are beneficial but not mandatory.
