• Familiarity with IT: basic understanding of IT architectures, networking or software development principles. Basic ability to support the requirement specification, design and implementation of IT solutions that align with business goals.
• Interest in IT Project Management, Strategy, and Process Development: Enthusiasm for learning about managing IT projects, developing strategies, and refining IT processes to drive organizational growth and efficiency.
• Client-Centric Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a commitment to understanding and addressing client needs. Willingness to learn how to deliver tailored solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving, Analytical, Communication, and Presentation Skills: Ability to analyze technical and business issues, suggest solutions, and communicate findings clearly through reports and presentations.

• Proficiency in English and Hungarian: Good verbal and written communication skills in both languages, enabling effective interaction with local and international clients and stakeholders.
• Advantage: 1-3 years of experience in IT projects or consulting.
