About the Role

Deloitte Denmark, the largest audit and consultancy firm, is seeking a master’s student with a passion for bridging business with IT. As an Associate Analyst, you will work alongside seasoned consultants on a mix of internal and client projects, gaining hands-on experience in consulting and technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work approximately 20 hours per week, aligned with your studies.
  • Support IT transformation projects, including operating model design and digital strategy development.
  • Participate in maturity assessments and vendor management tasks.
  • Engage in designing digital strategies and agile transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in creating blueprints for IT departments to align with business goals.

Market Offerings

The TS&T group is divided into three market offerings:

  • Business of Technology (BoT): Design operating models, assess IT capabilities, and analyze cost initiatives.
  • Tech Strategy, Vision & Architecture (TSVA): Develop digital strategies, conduct workshops, and research tech trends.
  • Enterprise Transformation & Agility (ETA): Plan transformation programs, support agile transformations, and deliver coaching.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree with at least 1 year remaining.
  • Interest in IT transformations, enterprise architecture, and agile methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Fluent in English and Danish with legal right to work in Denmark.
