Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Strategy Consultant for the Media, Telecommunication, and Technology (TMT) industry, you will:
- Address business-critical issues for TMT clients and support executive decision-making.
- Contribute to diverse projects, helping clients navigate industry challenges.
- Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Managers to develop strategic hypotheses and plans.
- Provide clients with forward-looking insights on key strategic topics.
- Assist clients in defining and executing their strategies.
- Lead client engagements, manage project approaches, liaise with stakeholders, and direct project teams.
- Engage in high-level discussions with C-suite clients, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and TMT industry expertise.
- Communicate analyses and recommendations effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client project teams.
- Participate in business development activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent academic credentials (undergraduate and graduate).
- 2-4 years of prior work experience in a top consultancy, strategy house, or in-house strategy team within the TMT sector.
- Proven track record in growth and performance improvement strategies (e.g., market expansion, customer insights, profitability management).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
