Do you want to support financial service providers in various banking projects within Consulting – Banking & Capital Markets? Our team develops concepts for (IT) transformations, the optimization of business processes, and drives the realignment of the financial sector through new technologies and strategies. • Transformation: Together with your team, you plan and conceptualize demanding digital projects for financial service providers and accompany their implementation.
• Innovation: You contribute your own ideas to the design and implementation of new business models and take on responsible roles in projects and in working in agile teams.
• Beratung (Consulting): In your projects, you take responsibility for your own work packages or sub-projects. Together with your team, you work closely with our clients and accompany them on their path of digital transformation.
• Wachstum (Growth): You support project acquisition, further develop our Market Offerings, and position Deloitte as a leading partner in Core Banking.

Dein Skillset:

• Very good degree with a focus on technology in e.g., computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, or comparable fields.
• Relevant professional experience and software knowledge at financial institutions, consulting companies, or FinTechs, ideally initial experience in leading sub-projects and small teams.
• Very good understanding of modern, cloud-based IT architecture, APIs, and software engineering using AI.
• High commitment, enjoyment of new challenges, interest in new technologies, as well as team orientation and agile way of working.
• Willingness to travel, enjoyment of presenting and communicating in German and English.
