Overview

Deloitte is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Architect to join our hybrid 1-year fixed term contract. In this role, you will analyze business requirements, design robust ServiceNow solutions, and lead end-to-end implementations for a leading North American Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead system integrations and stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and Deloitte’s quality standards.
  • Document processes and communicate effectively with teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Architect credentials required.
  • 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and integration.
  • Proven business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
  • Experience in banking or financial services is an asset.
