Senior UX Designer

Overview

Deloitte offers leading auditing and consulting services for Fortune Global 500 companies and private enterprises worldwide. As a Senior UX Designer, you will design and develop innovative digital products with a keen focus on user experience.

Your Impact

You will guide projects from user research to implementation, facilitating workshops and collaborating with international teams. You will:

• Conduct comprehensive user research and testing.
• Design digital touchpoints including websites, mobile apps, and business applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and front-end developers.
• Implement agile methodologies and participate in Scrum activities.
• Possibly act as a Product Experience Manager advising product owners.

Your Skillset

You must have:

• Minimum 5 years experience in digital agency settings.
• Practical expertise in UX methods such as wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards like EAA, BITV 2.0, and WCAG 2.2.
• Proficiency with UX design tools (mainly Figma) and related disciplines.
• Excellent presentation skills in both German and English.
