What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?
As a Senior Manager/Manager, Financial Services Regulatory Compliance at Deloitte, you will work with leading industry experts to address regulatory challenges, manage diverse teams, and deliver exceptional value to major financial services organizations.
- Collaborate with industry thought leaders to tackle regulatory changes.
- Mentor and train junior team members and manage engagements.
- Develop and implement effective regulatory risk management practices.
- Drive business development initiatives and market eminence.
- Lead proactive compliance program optimizations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
You will support clients by providing expert advice on regulatory risk management, building strong relationships, and delivering scalable compliance processes. Responsibilities include team management, business development, project management, and the creation of thought leadership materials such as Points of View and White Papers.
About The Team
The FSI Regulatory practice at Deloitte is one of the largest in Canada. We use cutting-edge technology and deep expertise to deliver proactive regulatory assessments and innovative solutions in risk management.
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in regulatory and non-financial risk within the financial services sector, proven leadership in managing teams, excellent problem solving and communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Bilingualism and US regulatory experience are assets.
