Overview
Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager within the Major Programs team to lead high-impact transformation programs in the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) sector. This role combines strategic insight with digital technological expertise to guide large-scale transformations and strengthen client organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale strategic transformation programs in the ER&I sector.
- Oversee progress, quality, stakeholder management and risk decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Utilize deep ER&I network and consulting experience to drive change.
- Mentor and build a team of consultants within Deloitte.

Desired Experience & Qualifications
A university degree, at least 10 years’ consulting experience in portfolio, program, and project management in the ER&I sector, and strong leadership capabilities are required. Proficiency in Dutch and English at a professional level is mandatory.
Team & Work Environment
You will join approximately 180 colleagues in the Organizational & Workforce Transformation team. Deloitte works hybrid, combining office, client site, and remote work for optimal effectiveness.
