Key Responsibilities as a Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant focused on IT transformation projects, your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the definition of IT master plans and strategies (SI, data, cloud).
- Participating in IT project scoping missions (gathering requirements, writing specifications, selecting solutions and providers).
- Designing and optimizing business processes using IT solutions (workflow, digital tools, generative AI).
- Supporting change management during transformation initiatives (organizational planning, training, communication, user support).
- Assisting with IT transformation-related tasks such as data migration, testing, cutover, etc.
- Contributing to project steering (preparing committee meetings, tracking schedules and risks).
Methodologies You Will Employ
You will leverage methodologies such as:
- Business process analysis
- Industry benchmarking of organizations and technological solutions
- Strategic IT diagnostics (digital maturity, application architecture, IT processes)
- Formulating recommendations and transformation action plans

We are looking for candidates who are:
- Graduates from a top business school, engineering school, or university.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in IT transformation consulting.
- Possess a strong interest in IT transformation, information systems, cloud, or data topics.
- Able to work on multiple assignments and interact with diverse stakeholders (business, IT departments, technology partners).
- Exhibit strong analytical skills combined with excellent formalization abilities (notes, presentations, reports).
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, commitment, and client service orientation.
- Are autonomous, curious, and eager to learn and innovate.
- Comfortable with both oral and written communication.
- Proficient with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
This position is based in Lyon, with travel required within mainland France.
