Role Overview - Senior Consultant - Risk & Regulatory

Work with Deloitte's Risk and Regulatory team in Auckland or Wellington to help organisations design and implement practices for managing risk and regulatory obligations using modern approaches and toolsets. This role is central to transforming risk management for our clients.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Client Engagement: Understand client challenges, manage engagements, and offer thought leadership.
• Performance Improvement: Apply a risk lens to enhance performance and operating efficiency.
• Change Leadership: Lead or support change programs related to governance and process improvement.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a talented team to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Client Relationships: Develop deep client connections and identify new opportunities.

Your Expertise

Bring deep knowledge of governance, risk, and control frameworks along with experience in organisational process redesign, programme effectiveness and strong analytical problem solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential along with proven client relationship and business development experience.
