The Resilience Crisis & Reputation team helps organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from planned or unplanned high-impact events.What impact will you make?

The Resilience, Crisis & Reputation (RCR) team helps organizations anticipate, navigate through, and recover from these planned or unforeseen situations. Our services help organizations foresee, navigate, and adapt to both gradual changes and unexpected disruptions. Moreover, we assist in turning organizational challenges into opportunities. We create a resilient culture through technology, data and strong stakeholder collaboration, ensuring that our clients are ready for any storm. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated (Senior) Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission. The RCR team guides clients in the public and private sector on crisis and continuity management, including a focus on the importance of trust and strategic communication to mitigate potential crises. As a (Senior) Manager, you play a guiding role in supporting organizations with for example, crisis simulations, conducting BIA’s, preparing relevant documentation and stakeholder engagement, contributing to embedding resilience to their core strategy. Our strategic resilience approach is built on three critical pillars: safety and security, trust and reputation, and societal resilience and critical infrastructure. By integrating resilience into strategies, organizations can protect operations, enhance stakeholder trust, and ensure long-term success. You will have the opportunity to contribute to one of these pillars, choosing one that aligns with your interests or challenges you on a daily basis.How do you do this?
- Managing projects and the project team members.
- Advising organizations in developing, organizing, and implementing their security processes.
- Supporting organizations through all phases of a crisis, for example, by developing and conducting crisis simulations and learning cycles, performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA), and preparing planning documents.
- Advising organizations in resilience, crisis management and continuity management to minimize the impact of crises and disruptions and to build and sustain organizational trust and reputation.
- Proactively building relationships with (potential) clients and develop innovative solutions and propositions.

You need the following qualifications for the position of (Senior) Manager Resilience, Crisis & Reputation:- At least 4 years of work experience in a Big Four in Resilience, Crisis Management, Safety & Security, Trust and Reputation and/or Business Continuity Management; experience in the public sector is a pre.
- Equipped with the fundamentals of project management and experience in guiding less experienced colleagues.
- Solid experience with challenging assignments in one (but preferably more) of the above areas of expertise.
- Known in the market for both your social and analytical skills, proactiveness, societal awareness, and quick-witted and insightful approach.
- When having a background in Safety & Security, possesses knowledge and experience with various physical security concepts and methodologies from leading international and national organizations (e.g., ASIS, NKBR 3.0, DHM) and executing physical security audits.
- Master's degree in social sciences, communication science, international relations, integrated security studies, public administration, security and risk management, business informatics, or another relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
