Job Overview

The Senior Consultant / Manager Cyber Security Strategy will join the Cyber Risk Team and work on exciting projects in the cyber security field. You will help clients in various security areas, conduct security assessments using standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISF, develop innovative security strategies, optimize risk management programs, and support client relationships and business development.

What You Will Do

• Perform security assessments and evaluate security maturity.
• Develop and implement long-term security strategies.
• Review and optimize Information Risk Management and compliance processes.
• Implement security governance and develop policy frameworks.
• Analyze strategic challenges in CIO and CISO domains.
• Support customer relationships and project acquisition.
• Mentor and guide team members in their career development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of consulting experience in Security Management.
• Relevant degree in a related field.
• Knowledge of cyber security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ISF.
• Certifications like CISSP, CCSK, CISA, CISM, CEH are a plus.
• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Starting from an annual gross salary of €47,600, adjusted for qualifications and experience. Attractive benefits, training programs, and flexible work arrangements including home office or working from the city center office are offered.
