What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

As a Senior Consultant IT Operations Management Discovery within the ServiceNow team, you will lead client project streams focused on Configuration Management, Service Design, Operations Management, and Discovery. You will drive process improvement initiatives, run project kick-off meetings, conduct design workshops, gather requirements, write test scripts, perform demos, and plan sprints in a collaborative and agile environment.

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping implementations.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting along with PowerShell and Bash for Windows and Unix systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Ruby or similar scripting languages.
• Understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Experience with event management tools like SolarWinds and Dynatrace.
• Exposure to ServiceNow AIOps visualization and automation.
• Knowledge in infrastructure as code tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible is a plus.
• Telecommunications network experience is an advantage.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required for Quebec positions.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000 with eligibility for bonus programs.
