Your Role as Senior Consultant Insurance Operations

Do you want to design innovative solutions for leading insurers and manage complex projects in Consulting – Insurance Operations? Our team advises on sales, policy, and claims, digitalization, finance and regulation, Insight Driven Insurance, and ESG. Your Impact:

• Support and inspire national and international clients in optimizing their processes, organization, IT architectures, and AI enablement, contributing to sustainable and future-oriented strategies and improved competitiveness.
• Modernize core insurance functions (sales, product, claims) using appropriate operating models, efficient processes, and smart technologies including AI.
• Develop business-relevant insurance solutions and IT architectures, implement them with interdisciplinary and international teams, and position them successfully with clients.
• Position yourself as a technical and business innovator in the market, recognized by clients as a thought leader.
• Lead consulting and implementation projects to success and build strong, equal-level relationships with client teams.

Your Skillset:

• Above-average degree in business administration with a focus on insurance, ideally combined with a successfully completed apprenticeship.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry focusing on core insurance processes across any product line (health, life, property/casualty).
• Knowledge of future growth and digital value creation opportunities for insurance companies, combined with international project management experience.
• Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for agile, interdisciplinary work in the dynamic insurance environment, strong analytical and conceptual skills, high commitment, and quality awareness.
• Willingness to travel and excellent written and spoken German and English.
