Your Impact as a Senior Consultant

• Project Management: Successfully lead client projects and take over the management of a sub-area if necessary.
• Data Strategy: Actively drive discussions on data management and data-driven transformations.
• Business Development: Engaged participation in the development of innovative market initiatives within a cross-team offering.
• Expertise: Reliably ensure creative and innovative content in project proposals within your field.
• Mentoring: Support the development of consultants by sharing your experiences in best-practice learning shots.

Your Skillset

• Very good degree in business administration or computer science-related fields and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with data-driven transformation topics in the context of the insurance industry and experience in international project work, preferably with initial project management experience.
• Business acumen to contribute to Deloitte’s market offering for data-driven transformation in the insurance industry.
• Strategic understanding of the value of data, especially in the context of modern data analysis technologies and methods (e.g., AI).
• Willingness to travel and very good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
