Your Impact:

• As a Senior Consultant, you will support and inspire national and international clients in optimizing their processes, organization, IT architectures, and AI enablement – contributing to sustainable, future-oriented strategies and improved competitiveness.
• Future Design: Modernize the core functions of our insurance clients – from sales to product to claims – by utilizing appropriate operating models, efficient processes, and smart technologies, including AI.
• End-to-End: Develop professionally relevant insurance solutions and IT architectures, implement them together with interdisciplinary and international teams, and successfully position them with our clients.
• Trendsetting: Position yourself as a functional and technological innovator in the market and be perceived as a thought leader by our clients.
• Project Success: Lead consulting and implementation projects to success and build sustainable relationships with our clients' teams at eye level.

Your Skillset:

• Above-average degree in an economics-related field, specializing in insurance, ideally combined with a successfully completed apprenticeship.
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on core insurance processes in any product area (health, life, property insurance).
• Knowledge of future growth and digital value creation opportunities for insurance companies combined with international project management experience.
• Innovation enthusiasm and excitement for agile, interdisciplinary work in the dynamic insurance environment, strong analytical/conceptual skills, high commitment, and quality awareness.
• Willingness to travel, and very good spoken and written German and English.
