Your Impact:

As a Senior Consultant Generative AI, you empower our clients to shape tomorrow's solutions using Generative AI technologies, from conception and implementation to productive operation.

• Value Creation: With technical expertise and an eye for business advantages, you identify the potential of Gen AI solutions to create genuine business value.
• Vision: You lead the technical elaboration with state-of-the-art technologies and drive innovation forward.
• Ownership: You take responsibility, plan, and structure the approach for implementing Gen AI solutions with your team.
• Exciting Projects: From design to productive use, you contribute in an interdisciplinary team to ensure Gen AI generates added value, and you see the impact of your work beyond the project.
• Co-creation: Drive your own topics and work independently to develop business-relevant Gen AI solutions, clearly present complex content in presentations and workshops, and design new offerings for our clients.

Your Skillset:

• Several years of professional experience with a focus on conception, introduction, and development of (Gen) AI solutions, preferably in consulting with an emphasis on user-centric and innovative solutions (Product-Thinking-Mindset).
• Degree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Economics with an IT focus, or comparable studies.
• Practical experience with Python (e.g., with frameworks like LangChain, Ilamaindex, Pandas, Numpy, Pytorch) and SQL, as well as ideally knowledge of cloud data platforms, especially Azure, GCP, AWS, Databricks.
• Ideally a good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and AIOps/MlOps to operationally implement Gen AI applications, and basic knowledge of web application frameworks like React, NextJs, Svelte, and Angular.
• Willingness to travel, and very good German (C1) and English language skills, both written and spoken.
