Within our Operations Transformation Competency Center, consultants leverage a wide range of functional expertise (strategic steering, organization, change management, process optimization, etc.) and business expertise (commercial, operations management, IT, HR, etc.) to support leaders in their transformation agendas. We help clients rethink, innovate, and reinvent their value chain and business operational models. We assist our clients in executing their strategy, for example:
Your Responsibilities
In this context, you will work with clients across the entire FSI Fintech, Banking, and Insurance sector. Your missions will focus on assisting them in implementing their strategy:
- Strategy Definition and Operational Deployment: Conduct positioning studies, develop business plans for new activities or products/services, design transformation roadmaps for distribution models, FO/MO/BO organizations, CRC, or information systems. Facilitate the co-construction of operational strategy and structure the PMT and transformation seasons.
- Organization and Process Evolution: Perform organization diagnostics, define new organizational models and scaled agile work methods, redesign and optimize customer journeys and processes, and drive digitalization and automation of processes. Lead change and transformation initiatives.
- Information System Evolution: Provide insights on new cloud-native solutions, assist in selecting core business or flow management solutions, support the development of functional specifications, and optimize/rationalize project portfolios.
- Operational Excellence Deployment: Utilize levers such as Lean management, scaled agility, service design, process & task mining, workflow automation, robotics, low-code, chatbot/voicebot, OCR/ICR, AI, smart claims, and cloud migration.
- Transformation Project Management: Lead major transformation projects, including TMO, SAFe, risk management, budget and resource tracking, and ensuring functional consistency of projects (design authority).
Who You Are
- Graduated with a Bac+5 degree from a top business school, engineering school, or university.
- You have 3-4 years of experience in management and operational strategy consulting or within a financial institution in retail banking, consumer credit, or leasing.
- You possess skills in distribution or operations processing (back office), in organization, processes, and/or systems and tools.
- You demonstrate adaptability, rigor, and proactivity, contributing to client service excellence.
- You have strong client relationship skills and a drive to develop business through offerings.
- You possess excellent oral and written communication skills with strong formalization abilities.
- Proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in spoken and written English, given the international scope of our missions.
