Our Solutions Delivery - Client Service Solutions team offers an investigative approach to modernizing IT functions. We help our IT team enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the Solution Delivery function, process and internal controls. Are you a leader that is passionate about making a difference? What will your typical day look like?

  • Support and provide hands-on involvement with regards to supporting Deloitte’s service lines on product management and operations
  • Act the primary escalation point for clients and vendors on applications managed by this internal department
  • Drive initiatives in the operation and delivery teams and organizationally that contribute to long-term operational excellence
  • Review and contribute to the planning and execution of projects, including advisory and support role, as needed
  • Participate and/or lead current state findings workshops in order to understand and document key operational processes (i.e. project execution, compliance, resource management, reporting, etc.)
  • Analyze system behavior, data flows, and dependencies across applications
  • Support the creation of architecture artifacts such as capability maps, system/workflow diagrams, and future state conceptual models to guide technology adoption
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and own the delivery of each solution spanning one or multiple teams
  • Execute on the delivery plan and be primary point of escalation for team or project impediments
  • Develop materials for, and participate in the delivery of, presentations to senior leadership and staff
  • Assist with creation of proposals and project artifacts and other department development activities
  • Contribute to IT eminence initiatives, including development of new service offerings and branding campaigns within the department

About The Team

The Advisory + Pursuits team focuses on the betterment and sustainment of Software Development and Service Delivery to our internal Service Lines and Deloitte clients, we are an integral part of Deloitte Canada’s Emerging Technology team. We adhere to both regulatory and management standards, including ISO and SOC2, by applying quality controls and operational expertise to the software delivery function.

Required Skills:

  • Who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working with diverse groups of stakeholders. This role is ideal for a people‑oriented, strategic thinker who is comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple initiatives at once.
  • Experience working in a senior consultant role for an IT organization and/or consulting & advisory services to IT Organization with 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and fundamentals of cloud concepts.
  • Scripting knowledge for data wrangling or ad hoc analysis. Background in data modeling, event-driven architecture, or analytics engineering.
  • Strong technical skills & experience with the Microsoft suite of products
  • Expertise in Software Product Management disciplines such building roadmaps, systems operations, and regular maintenance cycle management
  • Ability to translate operational challenges into tactical improvement opportunities and develop requirements from a strategic perspective
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Nice to have:

  • Pursing or completed a PM/BA designation and with relevant work experience
  • Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Implementations as a very strong asset
  • Experience in business analysis and process development as an asset

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $76,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
