Your Role as a Senior Consultant, Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration
You will be a key member of the Deal Transformation & Post Merger Integration Team within Enterprise Profitability. Working closely with Project Managers, you will quantify and qualify revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities, deliver actionable insights, and ensure project deliverables are executed on-time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Execute project schedules and implement process improvements.
- Enhance client tools for data-driven daily management.
- Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights.
- Collaborate with project teams on opportunity identification.
- Support business development proposals and operational analysis.
- Comply with client workplace health and safety regulations.
Team Environment
This role is part of a dynamic DT&PMI team that supports both deal activity and enterprise profitability engagements. You will work directly with client leaders across various management levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management consulting or equivalent.
- Fluency in financial and operational metrics.
- Ability to travel to client sites across Canada and occasionally the US.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- For positions in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is a must.
Total Rewards & Benefits
The salary range for this position is from $58,000 to $138,000. You may be eligible for a bonus program and additional benefits such as flexible benefits, paid vacation, mental health support, and opportunities for professional development.
