Your Impact:

As a Senior Consultant Cyber Customer Identity & Access Management, you will work in an international team on cross-industry projects for DAX 40 companies and Hidden Champions – thus contributing to the optimization and implementation of IT security and security technologies.

• Hands-on Approach: You support from strategy to conception to implementation of the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) target vision.
• Teamwork: Together with colleagues, you develop future-proof solution concepts, always keeping external and internal requirements in mind.
• Innovation: You collaborate with our alliance partners on the future topic of “Customer Identity” and contribute to areas such as Self-Sovereign Identity, Distributed Ledger Technologies, ID-Wallets, and Artificial Intelligence.
• Further Development: Your development into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CIAM governance, architecture, and tool-supported integration of the designed CIAM strategies is a central focus.

Your Skillset:

• Successfully completed studies in Information Security, Business/Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field, and at least 2 years of professional experience in CIAM (B2B2C) or Identity Proofing.
• Practical experience in consulting and implementing CIAM solutions, such as Okta/Auth0, PingIdentity, or Microsoft Entra External ID.
• In-depth knowledge of various authentication technologies, User Self-Service processes, UI/UX for end customers, Identity Proofing, and classic CIAM use cases, as well as personal responsibility for further developing and differentiating the “Customer IAM” service.
• Structured thinking, very quick comprehension, high willingness to learn, convincing demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel, and excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
