Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant Cyber & Digital Forensics, you will help clients manage cyber risk incidents by analyzing attacks, preserving digital evidence, and advising on incident response and preventive measures.
- Analysis: Identify attack vectors and reconstruct incidents from various devices.
- Spurensicherung: Evaluate large logs and analyze malware using static and dynamic methods.
- Documentation: Prepare findings in a legally admissible form.
- Prevention: Advise clients on incident response, monitoring, and governance concepts.
- Resilience: Conduct cyber simulations, assessments, and maturity analyses.
- Communication: Present results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Your Skillset
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, with practical experience in IT forensics, incident response, malware analysis, pentesting, network security or incident management. Knowledge of relevant forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Autopsy or SIFT is a plus. Effective communication skills in both German and English are required.
