Your Impact as Senior Cloud Data Engineering Consultant
As a Senior Cloud Data Engineering Consultant, you create real added value for our clients with a focus on Azure and Google Cloud Analytics, as well as Data Engineering, from building cloud platforms to developing data pipelines and complex analytical solutions.
- Exciting Project Work: From design to productive use, you contribute to the success of agile projects in an interdisciplinary team.
- Implementation: Develop ETL pipelines or Cloud Analytics solutions on Azure and/or Google Cloud for processing large data sets, from data preparation to analysis & visualization, and data-driven decision making.
- Automation: You automate the development process through CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying new features and bug fixes.
- Innovation: Develop future-oriented Data Engineering & Analytics solutions by using the most innovative technologies, helping our clients leverage data as a foundation for business success.
- Data Analytics Platforms: Based on Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud infrastructures, you build platforms for implementing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Data Lakehouses.
Your Skillset
- Several years of professional experience with a focus on conceptualization, introduction, or optimization of modern data platforms or analytics and BI solutions on Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Economics with a focus on Informatics, or comparable fields of study.
- Practical experience with Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Azure DevOps, or Databricks) and Google Cloud Services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Cloud Build).
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala, as well as experience with SQL and in DevOps or CI/CD.
- Willingness to travel, and excellent German (C1) and English language skills, both written and spoken.
