About the role
Senior Campaign Consultant - Customer Strategy & Design
You will have the opportunity to grow your career in an organization with the most diverse professional services portfolio in the world, acting as a Senior Consultant in the Customer Strategy & Design team. In your daily routine, you will:
- Develop and manage end-to-end strategic campaigns, including content creation, playbooks, programs, events, and detailed schedules;
- Provide clear guidelines and materials, empowering teams for effective localization, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution;
- Translate branding and demand generation campaign briefs into actionable execution plans, including the creation of detailed work plans, key deliverables, and important milestones;
- Conduct end-to-end program management for campaign preparation and launch, including status tracking and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time delivery and risk reduction;
- Closely monitor campaign performance, identify insights and optimization opportunities, and provide constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders in marketing and go-to-market (sales) organizations;
- Support the development of metric reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, as needed, to demonstrate the impact and ROI of initiatives;
- Ensure supervision and project management for marketing campaigns, focusing on optimizing return on investment.

- Ability to create clear and effective content and playbooks;
- Experience in managing complex projects, including creating detailed work plans and tracking multiple deliverables and stakeholders;
- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment;
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, or a relevant field;
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
