In Deloitte's Talent department, we have business teams that advise and collaborate on the employee life cycle of professionals in their respective businesses.

Currently, we want to strengthen the Talent team of one of our main business lines by incorporating a selection specialist who can assist us in the recruiting processes for the Technology & Transformation business itself, for a temporary position.

What is the Challenge?

The main functions would be:

  • Participate in the Recruiting strategy, based on reports, KPI tracking of processes, market research, and elaboration of Talent Maps to identify target profiles for the Technology business.
  • Be the trusted advisor for the business in Recruiting matters.
  • Manage the search and recruitment process for professionals (publishing offers on different job portals, as well as direct search, resume screening, phone filters, dynamics, competency-based interviews) for both business and technology profiles.
  • Conduct personal competency-based interviews with identified candidates.
  • Create a network of candidates, providing process feedback and maintaining continuous contact and relationship.

How do we imagine you?

  • Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration (ADE), etc.
  • Master's degree specializing in HR is a plus.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Experience in this field is a plus.
  • Good communication and social relationship skills.
  • Curiosity and proactivity.
  • Organization and orientation towards excellence.
  • Teamwork.
  • Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Infojobs.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Passion for recruitment.
