In Deloitte's Talent department, we have business teams that advise and collaborate in the employee lifecycle of our professionals. We are currently looking to strengthen the Talent team of one of our main business lines with the incorporation of a selection specialist to assist in recruiting processes for the Technology & Transformation business itself.

What is the challenge?

• Participate in the Recruiting strategy, based on reports, KPI tracking of processes, market research, and Talent Map development to identify target profiles for the Enterprise Technology team.
• Be the trusted advisor for the business in Recruiting matters.
• Manage the search and attraction process for STEM professionals (posting job offers on various employment portals, direct sourcing, CV screening, phone filtering, group dynamics, competency-based interviews) for business to technology profiles.
• Conduct personal competency-based interviews of identified candidates.
• Create a candidate network, providing feedback on the process and maintaining continuous contact and relationship.
• Accompany the Business and participate in generalist initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, etc.
• Master's degree specialist in HR is valued.
• At least four years of experience in recruiting.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Good communication and social skills.
• Curiosity and proactivity.
• Organization and orientation towards excellence.
• Teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Infojobs.
