Job Description
Product Management Manager, GenAI/AI Product Experience at Deloitte
Zora AI is Deloitte's innovative AI agent platform, delivering role- and function-specific products across various domains such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer, and Human Capital. As a Product Management Manager, GenAI/AI Product Experience, you will take full ownership of one or more sets of these agent-enabled products, from defining their vision and roadmap to outlining requirements and ensuring successful delivery. A key aspect of this role is to build trust, drive adoption, and achieve measurable business outcomes for our enterprise users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap: Define the product vision, identify target users, articulate value propositions, and develop a multi-quarter roadmap for multiple role-/function-specific products.
- Translate needs into outcomes: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to pinpoint high-value use cases, meticulously map workflows, define essential 'jobs to be done,' and establish clear, measurable success metrics.
- Lead discovery and delivery: Oversee both the discovery phase, including research, prototyping, and piloting, and the delivery phase, from MVP to large-scale deployment. This involves managing scope, tradeoffs, and dependencies across engineering, data, and design teams.
- Define product requirements: Create comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow diagrams for agent behaviors, tool integrations, and user experiences.
- Agent experience & orchestration: Specify agent capabilities, including reasoning, task planning, tool use, and approvals, as well as human-in-the-loop patterns and robust escalation/exception handling.
- Data and integration leadership: Drive requirements for critical components like connectors, data access patterns, security/privacy, logging/auditability, and seamless integration with complex enterprise systems.
- Trustworthy AI & risk management: Partner closely with risk and compliance teams to address crucial aspects of model governance, safety, monitoring, explainability, bias, and audit requirements.
- Go-to-market and enablement: Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to package offerings, provide input on pricing/packaging, develop compelling demos, and support sales pursuits and product launches.
- Operate the product cadence: Maintain the product backlog, conduct sprint planning, track progress diligently, and align all stakeholders through clear decision points and effective communications.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, platforms, or data products, including a proven track record of shipping products from concept to General Availability (GA).
- 2+ years of recent experience delivering products involving AI/ML (with a preference for Generative AI), including expertise in evaluation, monitoring, and iteration loops.
- 2+ years of recent experience supporting product discovery activities such as research, hypothesis testing, and experimentation, as well as product delivery including requirements definition, backlog management, and release management.
- 1+ year working with enterprise integration patterns, including APIs, eventing, identity/SSO, role-based access control, and data pipelines.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with agentic architectures, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent patterns.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation methods such as quality metrics, red-teaming, grounding, and hallucination mitigation, along with observability best practices.
- Domain depth in one or more target functions, such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, or Customer Operations.
- Consulting, enterprise transformation, or platform product experience, particularly with shared services, reusable components, and governance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple products with competing priorities and shared platform dependencies effectively.
- Experience launching products within OCI / SAP / ERP / CRM ecosystems and connector marketplaces.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to craft crisp narratives, PRDs, and decision memos.
- A track record of successful partnerships with engineering, design, data science, and risk/compliance teams to deliver in regulated or high-stakes environments.
Key Deliverables
- A comprehensive product strategy and 12-18 month roadmap, clearly outlining measurable outcomes.
- Detailed PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for each product and agent capability.
- A use-case catalog and a robust prioritization model, considering value, feasibility, risk, and readiness.
- MVP/pilot plans, complete with success metrics, phased rollout strategies, and scale criteria.
- Trust & governance artifacts, including evaluation approaches, monitoring plans, audit/logging requirements, and risk controls, developed in partnership with risk teams.
- Thorough release plans and launch readiness checklists, covering documentation, training, demo scripts, and enablement materials.
- An effective customer feedback loop, utilizing telemetry dashboards, Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, and a clear iteration plan.
How Success Will Be Measured (Example Outcomes)
- Adoption: Measured by active users, repeat usage, workflow completion rates, and feature utilization across product sets.
- Business impact: Quantified by cycle-time reduction for targeted workflows, cost-to-serve reductions, improved forecast accuracy, or enhanced exception resolution time per use case.
- Quality & reliability: Assessed through task success rates, low rework/rollback rates, adherence to latency/uptime targets, and incident trends.
- Trust & compliance: Demonstrated by audit readiness, policy adherence, reduction in high-severity model risks, and successful governance reviews.
- Delivery excellence: Reflected in roadmap predictability, on-time releases, high stakeholder satisfaction, and reduced dependency blockers.
- Customer outcomes: Evidenced by pilot-to-scale conversion, referenceable wins, and influence on renewal/expansion where applicable.
