Overview

Join Deloitte's Enterprise Performance team as a Policy Analyst III. Work at the intersection of finance, supply chain, and IT operations to drive digital transformation and performance improvement.

Work You'll Do

  • Analyze operational, contractual, and programmatic activities to inform policy and resource allocation.
  • Support development, review, and improvement of DoD policy and federal regulations for OCS, VTM, and PSC programs.
  • Provide recommendations and technical support for capability development and governance.
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Draft policy documents, briefings, talking points, and other materials for senior leadership and interagency stakeholders.
  • Manage tasks independently and coordinate across organizations to meet program objectives.
  • Support enterprise-wide performance monitoring and reporting.

The Team

Be part of Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice, which serves federal, state, and local government clients as well as public higher education institutions. Work along with professionals providing transformational supply chain and network operations solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5+ years' experience or Master's degree plus 3+ years' experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alexandria up to 5 days a week and travel approximately 25%.
  • Top Secret Clearance required.
  • 3+ years' experience in defense contracting and operational contract support.
  • 3+ years' experience in researching, evaluating, and interpreting complex operational and policy data.

Compensation

The wage range is estimated between $102,800 and $171,300 with potential eligibility for an annual incentive program based on performance.
