PMO Analyst at Deloitte
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting cross-functional teams by tracking project progress, managing timelines, balancing workloads, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Track the progress of ongoing product features and proactively identify blockers.
- Manage and maintain project Gantt charts and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure product solutions remain aligned with defined business needs and goals.
- Monitor and balance team workloads to support productivity and efficiency.
- Organise and oversee recurring team meetings, routines, and project ceremonies.
- Identify, flag, and communicate project risks and potential blockers to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role in a tech or product-focused environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Gantt charts and basic project planning methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
