Who we are looking for

You’ve graduated from a relevant program such as Business Administration, Economics or Organizational Sciences. You have experience in organization design, including governance, structure design, and reorganizations. You understand different organization models such as geographical, business line, and matrix structures. You are passionate about data, numbers and comprehensive business overviews, with experience in data analysis and effective communication.

• Experience with PPT, Excel dashboards, and job architecture frameworks.
• Skilled in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Strong documentation and report building skills.
• Collaborative mindset for remote team environments.

Your future role

As a Consultant within the Organizational Design team at Organizational Design Consultant, you will work on various projects in multidisciplinary teams. These projects range from shorter Organizational Assessment projects to longer global organizational design and implementation assignments.

• Facilitate workshops and conduct alignment calls.
• Create PPT decks and document design principles.
• Build business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Analyze data on employee roles, costs and gaps.
• Develop job descriptions and organization models.
