Position Overview

Deloitte China is seeking an Oracle Sr. Manager to drive Oracle EBS implementation and transformation initiatives. In this role, you will partner with clients to solve complex problems and lead a high-performing team through cutting-edge technology solutions, including Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain.

About The Role

As an Oracle Sr. Manager - China, you will:

  • Develop deep expertise in Oracle packages (Finance, CRM, SCM, MFG).
  • Lead enterprise application consulting and project management.
  • Analyze client business processes and produce informed recommendations.
  • Communicate key strategic messages with clarity and confidence.
  • Leverage global insights to address complex business challenges.

You will demonstrate leadership by inspiring teams, aligning objectives, and delivering exceptional client service. Your role involves:

  • Setting clear priorities and direction.
  • Influencing clients and teams positively.
  • Driving high performance and collaboration.
  • Developing high-performing teams through challenging opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related major.
  • Over 10 years of Oracle EBS implementation experience.
  • More than 8 years of Oracle project management experience.
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ in an English speaking environment.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Overseas or MNC China project experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
