About the Role
Deloitte's Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management Manager helps clients align strategy with Oracle Cloud implementations to drive growth, improve productivity and streamline business operations.
Work You'll Do
Manage planning, design and implementation of Oracle Cloud projects. Collaborate with Program Steering Committee, manage timelines, risks and issues across systems. Oversee business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, prototyping, testing, training and support procedure definition.
- Manage executive client interactions and sponsors
- Deliver client engagements with technology and business solutions
- Lead functional design and process design phases
- Develop business cases and manage financial impact
- Provide coaching and staffing input to teams
The Team
Be part of the Oracle practice that drives business transformation via Oracle ERP Cloud solutions such as Financials, Procurement, and Portfolio Management.
Qualifications
Required: Functional implementation experience on Oracle Project Portfolio Management, a minimum of 4 Oracle Cloud implementations, and 6+ years of overall Oracle experience. Must be capable of leading work streams, documentation, testing and training. Ability to travel 50% and a Bachelor's degree are required.
Preferred: Full life-cycle implementation experience in other Oracle solutions. Independent work management, strong presentation and tech tools skills (MS Visio, PowerPoint), problem solving, and an advanced degree are advantages.
