Locations: Düsseldorf, Berlin, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, Cologne, Leipzig, Mannheim, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart.

Your Impact as Manager Privacy & Data Risk Office

  • Contract Review: You review and draft contracts in the areas of data protection, Data Act, DORA, NIS2, and AI-Act.
  • Consulting: You advise internal stakeholders on legal and technical issues related to data protection law.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: You monitor new legal and regulatory developments and derive recommendations for action.
  • Collaboration: You work closely with specialist departments and international partners to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Process Design: You support the development and implementation of guidelines and processes for risk minimization.

Your Skillset

  • Fully qualified lawyer or graduate of law, engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Profound knowledge of data protection law and ideally experience in Data Act, DORA, NIS2, and AI-Act.
  • Professional experience in contract review and compliance consulting, preferably in an international environment.
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and the ability to present complex issues clearly.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
