Work you'll do as a Manager - Finance Transformation

• Communicate with clients, analyze their needs, and provide comprehensive BPC solutions.
• Design, develop, and configure finance, cost, profit, and budgeting applications based on BPC to meet client requirements efficiently.
• Apply familiarity with common business scenarios and data models to offer professional BPC system implementation advice, optimizing client financial processes.
• Manage BPC system testing, go-live, training, and maintenance to ensure normal system operation.
• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure project progress, quality, and resolve issues and concerns.

We are looking for someone with

• 3-5 years of work experience, with at least two large-scale SAP BPC implementation experiences; industry specialization is a plus.
• Prior experience with other finance-related system implementations is preferred, including but not limited to ERP, Hyperion, and TM1.
• Familiarity with business processes of large enterprises; experience in budgeting and financial analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication, logical thinking, analytical, and documentation skills, capable of independently completing module solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good professional ethics, and integrity.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, or Management-related fields.
• Ability to accept business travel.
