This is a fixed-term 12-18 month role with Deloitte Global (DTTL) ideal for individuals seeking global experience before returning to their Deloitte firm. Relocation is not required, nor supported; candidates work from their current location.

What Your Typical Day Will Look Like

As a Manager, Engagement, Change and Communications, you will:

  • Shape and lead an integrated Engagement, Change and Communications agenda for one of our firm-wide transformation programs, enabling global businesses to embrace, implement, and adopt it.
  • Drive key stakeholder engagement activities, including the execution of forums – covering agenda creation, content creation, event execution, and post-event briefings.
  • Collaborate on the creation and application of best-in-class change deliverables to enable local activation.
  • Manage planning and execution of quality, consistent communications for senior leaders.
  • Offer strategic support to drive integration with various Deloitte stakeholder cohorts and Global Business communities.
  • Serve as a Global Point of Contact for the transformation program.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years at Manager level.
  • Strong change knowledge and capabilities (change certification is a plus).
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a “here to help” attitude.
  • Critical thinker capable of synthesizing insights, translating complex ideas into easy-to-understand deliverables, and articulating alternative viewpoints.
  • Skilled communicator with experience in writing, presenting, and storyboarding for senior leaders.
  • Strong organization and project management skills – adaptable to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with demonstrated project experience supporting multiple workstreams concurrently.
  • Able to navigate ambiguity within a virtual, global organization, proactively identify potential challenges, and propose solutions.

Total Rewards and Our Promise

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, with eligibility for our bonus program. Deloitte offers fair and competitive salaries, recognizing unique strengths and contributions.
