Manager, Engagement Change and Comms

Overview

Deloitte is looking for a Manager, Engagement Change and Comms to drive an integrated engagement, change, and communications agenda for our FY26 Strategic Priorities. This role supports end-to-end program management, stakeholder engagement, and content development for global consulting.

Work You Will Do

You will:

• Drive integrated engagement, change and communications initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end program activities including governance and executive reporting.
• Support senior management in executing change and communications plans.
• Navigate a complex stakeholder matrix across global teams.
• Develop and deliver consulting best-in-class change deliverables and communications content.

Deloitte Global Consulting Services supports our global businesses by driving impact through strategic initiatives in Strategy, Risk & Transactions and Technology & Transformation.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year at Manager level Program Management experience is required. Candidates should demonstrate:

• Experience in behavioral change management projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• An ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams.

Total Rewards

The salary range is $85,000 - $156,000 plus bonus program eligibility, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes mental health and flexible spending benefits, paid vacation, and professional development opportunities.
