Your Impact:
As a Manager Data & AI Governance (m/w/d), you will work with our clients on their most demanding data and AI-related challenges and contribute to sustainably securing regulatory compliance for our client base.
- Market Development: You will position yourself as a thought leader for our Data & AI Governance subject area and contribute to our ambitious growth through market analysis, professional publications, and the development of new services in our portfolio.
- Project Leadership: You will take responsibility for managing projects, coordinate multiple consulting engagements, and foster the motivation of your team.
- Solution Development: With creative and practical approaches, you will guide our clients through transformation projects and convey innovative solutions.
- Client Management: You will further develop existing client relationships and actively win new clients for our consulting services.
Your Skillset:
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Law, Natural Sciences, or equivalent with above-average success.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in a relevant consulting firm or extensive experience in the industry.
- Sound expertise in Risk, Compliance, Data, and AI, as well as practical experience in regulatory governance and the implementation of relevant individual topics, e.g., AI Act, Data Act, DORA, FiDA, GDPR.
- Strong communication and implementation skills, team spirit, leadership experience, and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel and excellent written and spoken German and English.
