Your Impact:

As a Manager Cyber Security Strategy & Transformation, you will lead projects at the top decision-maker level for our Fortune-500 clients. You will support the development of security strategies and programs, accompany their implementation, and ensure their integration in close coordination with our clients – thus contributing to sustainable and resilient Cyber Security.

• Cyber Security Strategy & Transformation: Together with our clients, you will develop risk-based, business-oriented strategies, advise executives on regulatory requirements, and manage comprehensive transformation programs – from target definition to governance models and operational implementation.
• Target Operating Model: By developing a TOM, you help our clients work more efficiently and improve collaboration between people, technology, and processes.
• Sector Focus: You will work on projects focusing on various industries – for example, in the financial sector (e.g., DORA compliance for banks), the public sector (e.g., information security for authorities), or manufacturing (e.g., protecting networked production environments).
• Innovation: With your expertise, you continuously develop our products and services, open up new client segments, and apply current topics such as Generative AI or regulatory developments in practice.
• Leadership: In your role, you are responsible for project management for Executive-Level clients. You promote the development of your team through targeted coaching and a cooperative leadership style.

Your Skillset:

• Very good university degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT Security, Security Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in Cyber Security Management – ideally with a focus on Strategy, Governance, or Transformation for Fortune-500 clients. International project experience and knowledge in the application & integration of (Generative) AI in project business are advantageous.
• Profound knowledge of common Cyber Security standards such as ISO 27001, IT-Grundschutz, NIST, ISF, or DORA. Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or IT-Grundschutz-Consultant are desirable.
• Proven experience in leading complex projects and a high degree of personal responsibility, commitment, and a structured as well as agile way of working.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and spoken), especially when dealing with demanding stakeholders at management and C-level, as well as willingness to travel.
