Legal Administration Manager
Deloitte is seeking a Legal Administration Manager to oversee a variety of legal administrative and operational activities within the Office of General Counsel (OGC). This role is crucial in implementing processes, leveraging technology, and adopting best practices to support our legal professionals. The Legal Administration Manager will coordinate efforts between various groups and provide strategic support in developing process improvement plans. This position may involve overseeing resources and could specialize in specific areas based on team needs.
Work You'll Do
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic processes.
- Serve as the system administrator for the OGC Ebilling system, overseeing the billing rate process, invoice review, and vendor relationships.
- Manage the professional indemnity insurance notification process for reporting U.S. claims/circumstances to insurance carriers, involving significant interaction with OGC partners/principals and Risk Management.
- Assist in spend management, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and managing expenses.
- Track and communicate with OGC's foreign vendors regarding W-8 tax documentation.
- Act as the OGC point person and liaison with the National Business Continuity Team.
- Support the legal administration team with administrative tasks such as file management, calendar coordination, and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Talent, and other departments to align legal operations with broader organizational objectives.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to travel 0-10% on average.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
Compensation and Benefits
The wage range for this role is $93,000 to $191,000 annually. This estimate is before geographic differential adjustments. Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program may also apply, based on individual and organizational performance.
