What will your typical day look like?
The Vendor Cyber Risk Assessment service team is seeking a Technical Specialist with experience in enterprise platforms, integrations, and security technologies. As a Lead Specialist, Cyber Risk Platform & Integrations, this role supports effective implementation and ongoing enhancements of technologies that enable the vendor cyber risk assessment service.
The role also contributes technical expertise to VCRA service activities by supporting data management, analytics, automation, and documentation, ensuring that solutions are well defined and documented, and delivered in line with agreed requirements and timelines.
The Lead Specialist, Cyber Risk Platform & Integrations will have experience with broad areas of technology and security with the ability to align technical security solutions with business requirements.
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing the application/platform development and implementation.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements (accountable).
- Coordinate with the team maintaining ServiceNow for ensuring enhancements implementation and incident fixes.
- Validate that all changes applied to the application/platform are aligned with requirements (functional, reporting, data, and security).
- Understand, support, and participate in data management for reporting.
- Maintain existing, design, and develop new technical integrations, including API-based integrations between applications (ServiceNow, MS Power Platform, Power BI) and with the external IT ecosystem.
- Initiate and develop proof of concept based on GenAI for service optimization and better integration.
- Define and drive platform documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated documentation (requirements, designs, specifications, data flows, tests, product documentation, user guides, FAQ).
- Maintain a high level of technology watch and share noticeable news within the team.
This Deloitte Global role requires limited to no travel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: preferably in an information technology-related field of study, or equivalent years of experience required.
- Five (5) years of experience in technology, systems implementation, or enterprise platform support roles.
- Three (3) years of experience in Project / Product Management.
- Two (2) years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Experience in Risk management or Cybersecurity sector.
- Experience in technical integrations, API-based or ETL based integration.
- Exposure to automation technologies to optimize and improve service efficiency.
- Experience working in a large, complex, and global environment.
- Adaptability to integrate a GRC team, understanding how an enterprise platform implementation works.
- Ability to describe functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Understand data management, ability to design relevant dashboards based on given data.
- Python development skills.
- Leverage low-code/no-code automation tools or platforms.
- Good understanding of GenAI, Creative, innovative.
- Communicate effectively to technical teams as well as business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to execute design activities leveraging knowledge of application design techniques, ensuring designs are consistent with approved solutions architecture.
- Adherence to design standards and performing technology proofs of concept to support design approaches.
- Solid knowledge in application development life cycle, including requirements definition, system design and testing / QA and transition to production.
- Customer focus and direct client support experience.
- Relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- A first experience in any GenAI implementation is a plus.
- A successful experience with implementing automation with Power platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical/problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail.
- Considerations for user experience and productivity.
- Creative and independent thinker with the ability to translate business and technical requirements and challenges to leadership.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Deloitte is fair and competitive when it comes to the salaries of our people.
