About the Role
Deloitte helps organizations design, build, and launch future-proof user experiences. As a Junior UX Designer, you will work with international teams spanning creative, research, design, advertising, branding, strategy, platforms, and solutions.
What Impact Will You Make?
You will elevate user experience by conducting qualitative research, facilitating workshops, and designing iterative solutions. Your work ensures that user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes deliver the desired experience based on user insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct user testing, interviews and focus groups.
- Facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Utilize design systems for pixel perfect output.
- Collaborate with developers using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements
You should have a relevant degree (e.g., HCI, Experience Design), a portfolio showcasing your process and designs, experience with research and design workshops, and proficiency in design tools. Excellent command of both Dutch and English is required.
