Your Contribution to Our Success

• Act as the first point of contact for Master Data matters in our CRM.
• Collect information and perform thorough data quality controls.
• Conduct research with internal and external tools to ensure data quality.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards and KPIs under project guidance.
• Perform data extractions and generate detailed reports.

Your Skills

• Excellent analytical and research skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Graduate or 1-3 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and strong CRM knowledge.
• Strong organizational abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and French for daily communication.
