Your Role as an IT Transformation Consulting Manager

Within the Lyon Consulting team, you will lead transformation projects, primarily focused on improving operational or technological performance. In a context of sustained growth, you will also contribute to the development of business in the region, elaborating commercial proposals and pitches for prospects.

You will support our clients from various sectors on the following missions:

• Consulting in IT strategy (SI Master Plan, solution selection, etc.)
• Organizational redesign and process re-engineering
• Performance management
• Project management assistance for transformation projects
• Project management assistance on strategic IT programs, program steering, and change management

You will also participate in the development of our activities (identification of opportunities, preparation of commercial proposals, client presentations, participation in events), in a context of sustained growth.

About You

• Hold a Bac+5 degree from a business or engineering school, or a university.
• Justify 6 to 9 years of experience in IT transformation project management, including several years in a consulting firm.
• Have developed one or more corporate functions and possess strong knowledge of integrated management tools (ERP) or Best of Breed solutions (finance, purchasing, supply chain, sales, etc.).
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, committed, with an entrepreneurial spirit, you are proactive and mindful of commitments, deadlines, and the quality of service provided to clients.
• Diplomatic, your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to be comfortable with different levels of interlocutors.
• Given the expected growth potential, you are eager to participate in a demanding but highly motivating challenge, with the support of a large group and a network.
• You demonstrate a good command of all project management basics: posture, written and oral communication, facilitating complex meetings or working groups, analytical and synthesis capabilities, mission steering, etc.
• You are proficient in spoken and written English.
