Your Role as an IT Demand Manager

Are you interested in new technologies? Do you ask the right questions to make the appropriate requirements for new use cases ready for application? Are you communicative and maintain composure even in stressful situations? Perfect! Then you are the right addition to our IT team.

What You Can Expect

• You will oversee numerous IT and digitalization projects.
• You will be the contact person from the initial idea to the project assignment.
• You will act as an interface for ideas and requirements, responsible for analyzing, classifying, and evaluating demand.
• You will actively develop the Demand Management process and maintain the dashboard in coordination with the CIO and team leads.
• You will ensure adherence to Project Management Standards, guaranteeing a consistent understanding among all stakeholders.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• You have a completed technical or economic degree or comparable qualification.
• You bring at least 3 years of experience in portfolio and project management.
• You have successfully applied demand, project, or process management in practice.
• You recognize challenges and complex tasks as an opportunity for personal growth and organizational development.
• You possess excellent communication skills – in both German and English – when dealing with large organizations and their requirements.

Additional Information

An annual gross salary starting from € 40,600 (full-time basis, not all-in). Your compensation will naturally be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience. Additionally, attractive supplementary benefits await you.
